Set within the heart of the Mannington estate, Garden House offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by the beauty of the grounds. Recently refurbished for 2025, it sits within a charming courtyard and enjoys its own tranquil garden, providing the perfect place to unwind.
Step inside Garden House and discover a beautifully restored cottage that blends original character with relaxed, modern comfort.
The entrance hall leads to the first floor and provides practical storage, a back door, and a downstairs WC – ideal for coats, boots, and outdoor gear. To the right, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area offers seating for four, perfect for shared meals after a day exploring the estate. To the left, the living room features an open fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cosy space to unwind or enjoy games together.
Upstairs, there are two king-size bedrooms, both of which can be made up as twin rooms on request. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, a private lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ provides a peaceful space to relax. Guests also have access to the estate’s gardens and woodlands for walking and exploring. Please note, the gardens and estate are open to the public from March to October, Wednesday to Sunday each week. As Mannington is a working estate, staff are present on site throughout the year.
The Hall is surrounded by an unfenced historic moat with areas of deep water. Guests with small children or pets are asked to take care near the water’s edge and supervise at all times.
Accommodation is for up to four guests.

BATHROOMS: 2 bathrooms – Both en-suite. One with a shower over the bath and WC, and 1 shower room with WC, 1 separate ground floor WC
KITCHEN AND EATING: Fully equipped kitchen and kitchen table for 4 people.
LIVING: Ground floor entrance room with fireplace and TV room.
ENTERTAINMENT: Smart TV with Freeview.
OUTSIDE: Large private garden with private off-road parking for 2 cars.
Please be aware that the gardens and estate are open to the public from March to October, Wednesday to Sunday each week. As Mannington is a working estate, staff are present on site throughout the year.
The Garden House’s Availability
